This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through the website https://reyesbrusola.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

This site does not have a contact form. The email address above is used for contact.
The email address provided for the newsletter is used exclusively to send that newsletter. It is not used for any other purpose nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Data retention
Subscription data is kept for as long as the subscriber does not withdraw consent or request removal. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link included in every newsletter, or by writing to hello@reyesbrusola.com.
Data contained in communications sent by email is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, for any applicable legal retention periods.
Browsing data is retained according to the analytics tool’s retention periods (see section 5) and the Cookie Policy.
4. Recipients and data processors
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Policy.
The following providers act as data processors in order to deliver the service:
- MailerLite (newsletter management and delivery). MailerLite has data processing infrastructure in the European Union and holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Processing is carried out under its Data Processing Agreement.
- Hostinger (website hosting).
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), for measuring browsing. This tool is only activated after the user gives consent through the cookie banner.
5. International data transfers
The Google Analytics web analytics service may involve transferring data to Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is covered by Google’s adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, an adequacy framework recognised by the European Commission, as well as by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
MailerLite has data processing infrastructure in the European Union. Should any processing involve international data transfers, these will be carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
6. Your rights
Any person may exercise the following rights by writing to hello@reyesbrusola.com:
- Access to their personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure of their data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction of processing.
- Data portability.
- Objection to processing.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
